What Realbard keeps in your browser, and why. “Cookies” here also means the browser’s local storage, which does the same job for a web application.

In short

  • On realbard.com and in the Realbard console, the only things stored are what signing in and remembering your choices need.
  • We use no advertising cookies, no analytics that follow you, and no social-media pixels on our own site or in the console.
  • A website Realbard hosts for an estate agency counts its visits with a random number, and may carry that agency’s own Meta Pixel if the agency added one.
  • You can clear all of it from your browser at any time; clearing the first kind simply signs you out.

2.What we do not use

On our own site and in the console: no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no analytics service, no social-media pixels. If that ever changes we will change this page first and, where the law where you live requires it, ask before anything that is not necessary is stored.

3.On a website Realbard hosts for an estate agency

Realbard builds and hosts websites and advert pages for agencies. If you are looking at an agency’s homes on a page like that, the agency is responsible for it; this is what the page stores.

Why
An agency can add its own Meta Pixel so that Meta can measure its adverts. When it has, Meta’s script runs on that agency’s pages. This is the agency’s choice; it is responsible for telling you and for asking your consent where the law requires it.

When you send an enquiry from such a page, what you enter goes to that agency. The privacy policy explains Realbard’s part in that.

4.Clearing it

  • Signing out removes what keeps you signed in.
  • Your browser’s settings let you clear cookies and site data for any website, or block them. Blocking storage for realbard.com will stop you signing in.
