Delete your data

1.What Realbard holds

• Your account: name, email, password hash; if you signed in with Google, your Google name, email, picture and account identifier.
• Your workspace: listings and their photographs, your brand, everything made for you (posts, adverts, pictures, videos, emails, your website), and your settings.
• Your clients: the people in your client book, their enquiries and conversations, viewings, deals and tasks.
• From each account you connected: the encrypted key that lets Realbard act; the identifiers of the Pages, Instagram accounts, advertising accounts, WhatsApp number or mailbox you chose; the results of what was published; enquiries from advert forms; and, if you turned messaging on, the messages and comments in your inbox.
• Billing: your plan and invoices.

The privacy policy describes all of it; the permissions page lists what each connection can reach.

2.Delete it yourself, in Realbard

If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page to set one first — deleting an account asks for it, so that nobody else can do it for you.

If other people share your workspace, deleting your account removes you and leaves the workspace to them. If you are its only administrator, make someone else an administrator first, or remove the other members, and the workspace can then be deleted with your account.

3.If you removed Realbard from Facebook or Google instead

You can also take Realbard’s access away from the platform’s side — in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations, in your Google account’s permissions, or in your Microsoft account’s app permissions. That stops Realbard from publishing, reading or sending through the account immediately: the key we hold no longer works.

It does not, by itself, tell Realbard to delete what it already holds. To do that, disconnect the account in Realbard as well (above), delete your account, or write to us (below) — say which Facebook, Instagram or Google account it concerns and we will delete the data that came from it.

4.Ask us to delete it

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email address of your Realbard account — or, if you cannot, with enough detail for us to be sure the account is yours. Tell us whether you want everything deleted or only what came from a particular connected account.

We confirm that we have your request within 3 working days, and write again when the deletion is done. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

5.If an agency holds your details

If you enquired about a home, wrote to an agency, or receive emails about homes from an agency that uses Realbard, the agency decides what is kept about you. Every email of that kind has a link to stop them. To have your details deleted, ask the agency. If you cannot reach it, write to [email protected] with the agency’s name and the email address or phone number you used; we will pass your request to the agency and help it act on it.

6.What is deleted, and what is not

Deleting your account deletes your account details, the workspace and everything in it, the keys to every connected account, and your clients’ data held in it.

What remains, and why:

• Things already published on a platform — a post on your Facebook Page, an advert in your advertising account, an email in someone’s inbox — are in that platform’s systems, not ours. Remove them there.
• Billing and tax records, for as long as the law requires them to be kept.
• Anything under a legal hold, until it ends.
• Figures that identify nobody — counts and totals with no person or agency attached.
